Karen is a Licensed Massage Therapist and multidisciplinary wellness practitioner with a strong foundation in healthcare, therapeutic bodywork, and holistic wellness. Before entering the field of massage therapy, Karen spent 15 years working in acute-care hospital settings
across various departments, developing extensive experience in patient care, anatomy, physiology, clinical communication, and the healthcare environment.
As Director of Lymphatic Services, Karen is passionate about elevating the standard of llymphatic care through thoughtful protocols, continued professional education, and individualized treatment experiences. With advanced training and a specialized focus in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), she provides lymphatic care supporting wellness, recovery, and post-operative needs.
Her broader bodywork practice includes Swedish and therapeutic massage, oncology massage,
prenatal massage, reflexology, and holistic modalities designed to support relaxation, restoration, and whole-body well-being.
Karen’s approach blends therapeutic precision with intuitive, nurturing touch. She believes meaningful bodywork begins with listening—to the client, to the body, and to what each individual needs in the moment.
She is currently pursuing her RN degree, continuing to build upon her extensive healthcare background and deepen her clinical knowledge. She is also pursuing board certification, reflecting her commitment to ongoing education, professional growth, and the highest standards of care.
Whether supporting lymphatic health, easing muscular tension, navigating pregnancy or recovery, or simply creating space to rest and reconnect, Karen’s goal is the same: to help every client feel cared for, supported, and deeply restored.
Where knowledge meets touch, and every treatment has purpose.
