Privacy Policy

MOOD Wellness Lounge (“MOOD,” “we,” “us”) operates moodwellnesslounge.com and our lounge at 5130 Duke St, Suite 11, Alexandria, VA 22304. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it. Effective October 3, 2026.

This website has no sign-up forms or user accounts. We collect information in these ways:

• Basic technical data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
• Measurement and advertising cookies. We use Google tags (Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics) to understand how visitors find us and to measure when someone taps “Book” or “Call.” These tools may set cookies and collect device and usage information. See “Your choices” below.
• Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
• Information you send us. If you call, text or email us, we receive the contact details and anything you choose to share.

Appointments, gift cards and memberships are booked and paid through Vagaro, our booking provider. When you use those links you leave this website, and Vagaro collects and processes your information under its own privacy policy, available at vagaro.com. We receive the booking details we need to provide your service.

We use information to provide and schedule services, answer your questions, keep the website secure, and understand which pages and ads help people find us. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above who help us run the website and our bookings, or when required by law.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
• You can turn off personalized Google ads at Google Ad Settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, contact us using the details below.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
